Around here, some restaurants have taken to selling grocery items that
they might have used in their normal operation. It helps to supplement
their income because of the loss of inside dining -- only carry out and
delivery. It also helps keep their suppliers in business.
Sounds simple enough, but is it really Italian?

Title: Crock Pot Italian Beef

Yield: 4 Servings
4 To 5 lb. pot roast of beef
3 c Water
1 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper
1 ts Oregano
1 ts Onion salt
1 ts Garlic salt
1 ts Basil
1 pk Good Season salad dressing
1 Onion
(optional)
Pour ingredients over beef and cook on low all day in a crock pot.
Shred beef and return to broth for 15 minutes. Serve on buns or over
French bread.
