Condolences to your sysop, Andrew, who must be quite embarrassed to have a
user such as yourself publicly displaying to the entire world how little he
knows about Fidonet.

As others have told you before, not only is this NOT a "mailing
list" ... but
no one other than yourself or your sysop can remove you from receiving ANY
messages in this conference addressed to "Andrew Clarke" (short
of a terrorist
destroying your city or the like.)  Although I'm sure some may be tempted to
do so due to your recent posts of the above nature, I wouldn't recommend
holding your breath while awaiting that outcome.

Instead, I WOULD recommend getting in touch with your sysop about the nature
of Fidonet, echomail, usernames, and responsible online practices.  (Unless
of course, your sysop has already been alerted about you.)

Wake up, this is not the Internet.  (Other Andrew Clarkes are already aware
of that.)  Learn to behave appropriately for your current environment.
