Well Richard... I (along with the help of others) traced the problem to
the system CACHE... as it is a chip (like a simm) that plugs in... I'm in the
process of having it replaced, however, I hope that's the problem and not the
actual cache socket... for if it's the cache socket, that means having to
take my BBS down and getting my motherboard replaced...
