Moral absolutism died during the Inquisition & the subsequent Catholic-Protestant wars. To reprise: Do you accept Jesus Christ as the son of God, your Lord & saviour? If not then you are a blasphemer & are thus evil (& indeed can be executed in a variety of manners unless you "recant your evil"). People have this insane notion that moral relativism is a new thing. It is as old as moral absolutism. Adam --- BBBS/NT v4.01 Flag-5* Origin: Barktopia BBS Site http://HarborWebs.com:8081 (1:379/45) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 379/45 1 633/267 |
