Mattes is finished porting Emacs 19.31 and looks for volunteers porting
Lucid Emacs (Xemacs) for Xfree86/2. Emacs 19.31 is compatible with
Xfree86/2, although you need to get the source and recompile with the most
recent X-libraries.

emxfix05.zip has been released last week to correct a problem with
select(). This fix breaks the latest port of vim (vi improved). The
maintainer is working on this.

Holger Veit has released Xfree86/2 3.1,2E.

All the files can be downloaded from http://www.leo.org/pub/comp/os/os2 or
from my BBS and should soon appear on hobbes.
