Point well taken.  Unfortunately, many people who correctly use the
possessive " 's " in "Bob's chair" or Steven's
coat" assume that if "it" owns something or something
belongs to "it", the possessive should be expressed as
"it's".:-(.

And who said English is simple.:-)
