I have yet to find a club anywhere where protesting against other competitors 
who do not protest against each other at club level is seen as aything other 
than churlish.  At state, national and international championships, yes I've 
seen it done, I've even done it myself at the national level.
Then again we all know that Americans went to any lengths, in or out of the 
rules, to keep the America's Cup.
