It is possible, is it really advisable?
First problem is "which version of Word?". The version I have puts
deleted text into the margin and puts new inserted text in the body
(in color as you say). But the previous version I had had deleted
text in the body with lines through it. I could make a copy as you
request with my version of Word, but not everyone could read it. I
think that I could turn it into a PDF file that more folks could read
with Adobe reader.
All of which begs the fact that we are using a character based system
here in Fidonet. There is no way to distribute a PDF file in the
echo (but could use FTP, filebone etc. if that is what you really
want).

What format would you want for voting? Ascii file with changes in
place, complete document? The document that was produced is close to
a DIFF file as could be, and thus does not include all of the
unchanged sections.
Let me know if you want me to do a PDF or WORD file. You can use the
email address below, and having "fido" in the subject line will help
keep the message from going off into the spam bucket (with 600 other
messages per day).
