Ok Jean here's mine.
I started out with Rutledge Bank before autoteller machines had come
on the scene and I had both savings and checking accounts.
I would mostly write checks but occassionally take money out
of savings with a withdrawal slip, no problem.
Just as autotellers hit the scene I had just about 2 dollars
and 50 cents under 100 dollars in the savings account
which was the point where they started charging service charges.

By now I was using the autoteller and lo and behold I'd
make a withdrawel from savings at the autoteller but neither
receipt nor bank statement reflected any withdrawal!
Well I noticed this and went into the bank, asked for a senior teller
and told her of the situation and was promptly advised
"the computer doesn't make mistakes you've simply made an error in
you accounting." I made another withdrawal, walked into the bank again
asking for a senior teller and again was rebuffed.

At this point the bank changed hands to Nations Bank and underwent
a federal audit, the situation remained unchanged.
I walked into Nations Bank and made the same revelation
to two more senior tellers, same result, "you've made an error."
Well that was it for me, free money, and they insisted I keep it!
I don't really know how much I drew out of that approximately
97 dollar and 50 cent savings account, could have been just over
400 dollars, could have been 800 or a bit more.
Eventually I stopped tapping the golden goose and let
service charges wipe out the account over a protracted period
of time thus kicking the bank back near 100 dollars
of their own money.
I could have done a LOT more damage had I so desired.
