They only have the std 40 pin configuration on the connectors.  AFAIK
the extra 40 are most likely redundant grounds.  Those 80-pin cables are
needed for the UDMA100 and faster transfer speeds.  Won't matter much
right now for you, since you don't as yet have any boards or controllers
which support UDMA100.  I'm guessing your new celeron board supports
UDMA 33, maybe 66.
