It is at least available in several herb-shops.  Here at ours is will only be 
end of this month available.  It seems that that kind of Stevia doesn't make 
so quickly roots and the more in our climat it should not be growing really 
well during the first year(s). I'll try to get a plant as soon as I can get 
some.
