Hi Tom!
TW>I am addressing this note to you since I know that you do the "packets"
while
TW>Monica does the bird duties. Please share this with Monica (Like I know
you
TW>would).
Yes, I usually get up at my regular time (5am) on weekends and up and
download my packets. Any messages that I feel that Monica will be
interested in, I print off for her, as I did yours.
TW>I would like to really thank the both of you for your generous
hospitality for TW>our brief stay. Wish we could have stayed longer to
meet you in person, Chuck, TW>but Sue and I had to make it to Wayne, Neb.
for her mothers luncheon. The TW>whole family sat down at one table and
ate together, for the first time in 16 TW>years. I have been the hold up
all these years ... sigh ...
Well, now that the ice has been broken, MAYBE you won't be a holdout any
longer! You are always welcome to stop in here and take a load off your
weary, traveling feet, and enjoy a meal or whatever. I know that you
were on a schedule this trip and I really wish that I could have met you
both too but.... Just wish that you could have made it the day before
while Reg and Bill were still here.
TW>The Sudds' represents what I think the Midwest is about ... hospitality
..
TW>very friendly and down to Earth people ... good values and not
pretentious.
TW>Although Monica would not part with the baby African Grey, heh).
Thank you, Tom!! I don't think that there was any way that you could
have wrestled the baby Grey from Monica though either :)
TW>Zonker is afraid of her new food that Monica gave us ... but I like it
and if TW>she ever decides it won't bite her, I'll be ordering some more.
How often do TW>you make a fresh batch?
Once Zonker gets used to seeing all those strange looking "things" that
are in the food, I think that it will get eaten and most likely,
enjoyed! Most of the birds just love the Beakers Gourmet food! They all
have their favorite things that they eat first but for the most part,
there is NOTHING left in any food bowl come next feeding! Monica mixes
up a fresh batch about once every two weeks. She currently has a BIG
order in for more dried fruits, etc. so will be mixing up a new batch as
soon as they arrive, probably around (7/13). Give us a call or leave me
a message and I will see that it gets sent out to you if Zonker decides
he likes it.
TW>Question, how did you capture Monica? An active women!
If I remember right, I think that it was HER that captured ME!! :) Yes,
she is quite active. I tell her not to get too many irons in the fire at
one time least she get burnt out but to no avail. She keeps on going,
and going, and going, and going............. Like that pink bunny :)
Thanks again, guys, for stopping by!! Monica's pictures will be taken in
Monday (7/10) for developing and THEN I will get a chance to see what
you look like. Keep in touch!
Chuck
