Title: Smoked Salmon, Scotch and Chives

Yield: 4 servings
1 pk (8oz) cream cheese softened
1/2 lb Smoke dsalmon
2 tb Scotch whiskey
2 ts Lemon juice
1/2 ts Horseradish
ds Cayenne
2 tb Chopped fresh chives or
Scallions
Process all except chives in food processor until well mixed. Add
chives and pulse to mix. Store well covered in the refrigerator for
up to 3 days. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Pumpernickel and rye bagels are suggested bases.
