In my neck of the woods almost everyone uses reusables. Paper is
passe' and plastic is available but only at a cost of 25 cents per
bag, 5 cents to the store and 20 cents to the government as a
disincentive tax. Perhaps they should double the tax as some people
still buy them over and over again.

Title: Boiled Sea-Bass With Egg Sauce

1 bass, poached
1 tb butter
2 tb flour
2 c fish stock
salt, pepper
minced parsley
lemon juice
3 hard boiled eggs coarsely
chopped
Boil the fish according to directions previously given. Melt one
tablespoonful of butter, add two tablespoonfuls of flour, and cook
thoroughly. Add two cupfuls of the water in which the fish was
boiled, and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Season with salt,
pepper, minced parsley, and lemon-juice; add three hard-boiled eggs
coarsely chopped, pour over the fish, and serve.
