Kim... How much of a task would it be to display the date and maybe time of the
last mail received in each echo in the list of echos in BBBS's HTML interface?

So, instead of currently:

14801   fido.ALLFIX_FILE   Allfix File Announce Conference

We might see something like:

11/12/2016-18:26 24801  fido.ALLFIX_FILE    Allfix File Announce Conference

Where the date and time would represent when new mail for that area had been
received. 

Also when a echomail area is selected can the sort order be made selectable? So
one could view new messages at the top of the list of messages if they prefer.
