You can often find out-of-print computer books in the remaining stocks of
the largest computer bookstores. Try searching Computer Literacy
Bookshops, http://www.clbooks.com, and Profitable Marketing,
http://www.intertain.com. Profitable is actually in eastern Massachusetts,
about halfway between us, and UPS Ground shipping usually takes only a day.

Barnes and Noble also tends to give up easily. If they cannot get stock
from a jobber, they will just tell you that the book is unavailable. If
you ask a specialist such as Computer Literacy, they will often try to get
it directly from the publisher if you are willing to wait 4-8 weeks.
