I could be wrong on this (correct if so - Roy), but I believe
the added 5% changes the feedpoint impedance to more closely
match the feedline, just as the drooping of radials at a 45 deg
angle changes it as well... I don't remember (from the tech-ref)
which way it changes, but know that it does :) I wouldn't be
surprised if the added length on the radials changes the arrays'
angle of radiation, too...
