HI Gayle,
Good to see you in these parts... I have tried to call you voice a couple
of times and get some "weird" messages via the phone companies????? I will
definitly keep trying I can assure you... I hope things are ok... I know
things continue to be "airborne" at this time so I do hope you are doing ok.
We have been busy here with our continued efforts to get settled in.
I saw Sarah yesterday for the first time since Feburary... She is looking
good. I mentioned to her that I would love to have her come over in the
summer and I would begin teaching her to quilt or do other crafty things but
that idea was not well received ... maybe once her life gets a bit more
settled in... The day was close to perfect yesterday... but was flawed when
her 'boyfriend' arrived on the scene... and because of his limited command of
the english language to 4 letter words and a verbal rage in public, our
perfect day ended with my being very concerned for her .. but there is
nothing I can do for her.
I came home to see the work on the studio progressing slowly but with
perfection! Sandy's husband is doing the walls for my studio and his work is
excellent!!! He is very much the perfectionist about what he is trying to
accomplish here... There is at least one more day's work here before the wall
and the door are completed. The cabinets and all those goodies will be here
in about another 3 weeks or so... I can hardly wait to have all this done!
And of course while all the work on my sewing/crafting studio is being done
I am also trying very hard to craft a beautiful yard for the summer... Now
this is definitly a challenge all the way around... but it will be grand when
all is said and done.
I am hopeful that things will settle down for you in the very near future
giving you some time to relax into some crafty doings...
Julia
