I understand, but a little while ago there were no comments in html emails
except for spams, today there are and it makes it impossible to block spam
with lots of comments where comments are being used to get around content
filters. You may not like spam but you are going to receive it because of
nonsense like this. Microsoft has made it impossible to filter  spam based
comments because now normal emails contain lots of comments. A little
thought could have prevented that.

I don't really care about the capability being in html, I care about it's
use in html emails because it's validating a technique used by spammers.
