Back around 95-97 I used netscape gold with Win 3.1. I used Trumpet
Winsock at the time to connect to the net, not sure if Win 3.1 has
it's own winsock or not.

I just grabbed g16d304p.exe from ftp://ftp.netscape.com. I forget
what directory it was in now but if you look in there I think you'll
be able to find it. I could email it to you if you want..

Not sure if it'll work with dsl or not, but that's the way I did it
with Win 3.1.. :)
