Because Shavlik or someone left these particular checksums out of the
freshly downloaded file, or because Shavlik doesn't know how to read
certain combinations/orderings of updates - I'm not sure which.  George
seems to know who's responsible for these downloaded datafiles and their
completeness.  MS? Shavlik as compiler of a compendium and last source? 
Dunno.

It might be a not-so-gentle plot to force frightened admins into springing
for a newer, paid version of hfnetchk, which apparently doesn't fail in
this way.
