Welp, the OCR is working on things.
 The latest communication with the principle has been funny. This time we 
pointed out many of her latest short comings in David's education. She tells 
us that because we will not have a conference with her we are not taking a 
complete role in his education. We explained to her that conferences did not 
work last year and this year we want it done in writing so everyone has a 
record of what is happening.
 When she responds she does NOT address the concerns we have about David's 
education. Each time she attempts to attack our position as parents. Of 
course each response we point out that she is not responding to our concerns. 
If nothing else this paper trail should show the OCR the failure to 
co-operate and work with us.
 We found more papers from August releasing information to the school system 
on David's evaluation. As it sits here in March he has still not been 
evalated and placed in SPED under an IEP.
 In Ms. you have to be placed in SPED, then an IEP written.
 That is the latest.
