Yes and no.

Yes, it includes manuals.
No, they aren't hard-copy.  You get them all on the CD.

Sometimes I find it to be a royal pain, other times it is so handy... :-) 
If there's something I need to find, but don't have the first idea of where
it is, I just type:

d:\watcom\binp\help\
ffind /t"functionality" /v * | more

(note: using 4OS/2, the first line is both change drive and change dir, and
more is really list /s)

Then I'll know which INF to look in, and bring it up.  :-)

The cost of the manuals is the same price over again ($99US), IIRC.
