 Diamond Tech Support.
    Mark:
First time caller here.. I have checked out the WEB site and FTP
directories, but have been unable to quite understand where I should be
with my modem.. Having some difficulty connecting with my IP [using FLEX
Lucent?. modems, but not 56k upgraded as yet. They have both analog and
digital lines.
    I am running a P120 system and OS/2 Merlin [Warp 4].
My Internal Modem identifies itself as below:
    V1.440-10-V34-DP
    SUP1381
    SupraExpress 336i Voice PnP
    Built June 5 1996
    101,115,121,140,147,149,150,151,153,157,163,180,181,184,186,201
    RCV288DPi Rev 05BA
I have never gotten a connect anywhere higher than 26,400 [BBS or IP]
Is a series of optimum INI settings that would enable the best connect
without using MNP5 as 90% of my downloads are compressed already.
Is there any way of storing other profiles?
Is there any way of taking advantage of the latest ROM upgrades?
    Appreciate any assistance..

Regards... Charles VP Big Blue & Cousins PCUG/BBS/CLUB 1000+ mbrs.
