regarding a lecture tonight at the National Air and Space Museum.

You all should know, that tonight we have a great lecturer: Marta
Bohn-Meyer.

Marta is Chief Engineer at NASA's Dryden Flight Research Center in
California.

She is the first woman to fly in the SR-71 Blackbird reconnaissance
aircraft as a flight engineer, which means she's flown 2,200 miles
per hour, or 3.27 times the speed of sound.  In her current position,
she oversees about 40 test projects involved in researching,
developing, verifying and transferring advanced aeronautics, space
and related technologies. She is also currently serving as a liaison
to the Naval Air Warfare Center at China Lake, providing leadership
and management support to their weapons and targets division.

Marta earned her pilot's license as a teenager and is an aerobatic
pilot as well.  She won the 1993 National Aerobatics Advanced
Championship. 

I saw a preview of her presentation this morning and it looks to be
very informative and entertaining!

The lecture starts at 8:00pm tonight.  Let me know if you're
