I'm talking of non-PC machines, like ATMs, mainframes, etc... that only used 
2-digit years to save on disk space.  At the turn of 2000, it'll be, for 
those machines, just like 1900, just you would have (for example) -100 years 
of interest, -100 years of unpaid phone bills, etc.. I read about that in 
Monitor Magazine.  I think they have an internet site... (www.monitor.ca?)
