1) You can do this with EDIT, heck no, EDLIN, for crying out loud.  You sure
   as heck don't need Norton Commander.
2) This does not crack anything more then your demented ego, Telemate will
   still report "Unregistered" when you run it, and it will still nag you
   when you exit.  You couldn't even fool Forest Gump with this.
3) Register software you use.  If you don't register, the author will cease
   to support it.  You will only hurt yourself.  Besides which, the author
   has worked hard to write the software, and it is both illegal and immoral
   to use shareware past it's registration date, let alone crack it.
