To All connected RC's:

A proposal has been brought before you for consideration.  The
summary that accompanied it is just that... a summary... nothing
more.  It was intended as a tool to help you better understand the
changes we propose, not as fodder for the disenchanted.

I would ask that you focus on the proposal text itself, and feel
free to ask any questions, and I will try to respond as best I can.

To accomplish the task you are asked to perform, it will be
necessessary to disregard any posting that doesn't specifically
concern the proposal.

It's quite apparent that there are some who would derail this effort
for reasons yet unknown.  I ask you to set whatever differences or
agendas you may have aside, and get on with this process.

I will post the proposal, including any grammatical or spelling
corrections weekly, or until such time as you have agreed on
an amended proposal.  At that time, I will back out and leave the
clerking to you.  :)
