MASM 6.00 was shipped with an install program that asks you whether you
are suing OS/2 as hot or target, and can install for either or both.
It is also shipped with the OS2 RTL (16 bit of course). 

ALSO the DDK has LOADs of drivers that are written for MASM 6.00 and
very few for 5.1 (although the difference is quite small).

I cant answer for 6.00B but 6.00A does. 6.1 does not.
