I know i certainly would, But alot of commercial-programmers don't agree.. :(
What would be preferable, and wouldn't even need a reboot, Would be for
each program to make it's own INI, and place them in either a directory
designated by the system, or in the C:\Os2 directory itself. (with the os2
and os2sys)

I hate text mode INI's... I would prefer it if they had the binary INI's
and did not allow applications to write to them.
