subject: Calling MSGAPI from Pascal

Hello Peter!

Saturday June 01 1996, Peter Fitzsimmons writes to David Sparrman:

Virtual Pascal supports them, create a definition of your
procedure/function with type and go ahead.

FYI, the retail version of Virtual Pascal includes a squish interface. So
the 'port' has already been done.
