Dear Richard:

I've lived with wearing glasses all day, every day for just over 20 years
and I find it difficult to imagine myself without them. They're not a
perfect solution: they slip (sometimes) and fog over (in Canada, in the
winter).
OTOH, they give me a nice place to mount my cycling mirror and protect my
eyes from stuff splatting into them, such as spot remover when I worked in
a T-shirt printing factory.
Contacts are a good solution for many, but not for me.
Seeya,
Steve
