Or maybe you just don't think that there are 'disadvantaged' people in the 
United States. I guess it comes down to this. You either think that people 
deserve to live in poverty, because it has been their choice or there is some 
fatal flaw in who they are, or you realize that it is statistically 
impossible 
for everyone to be rich, or even middle-class, and that there *must* be a 
lower
class.
