Good question.  I just concentrated on cleaning up my own back yard
(making sure ViaMAIL! was compliant) and pretty much left it at that.
Where the others are remains to be seen.

I do know that PCBoard was in the thick of it and rumor has it that the
person coding the mailer section of it left the company. Odd that a
major player (PCBoard) would author a product like that and release it
non-compliant.
