Mike, those ARE the rules this echo has run under for the last five
years at least!  That was a direct copy of the ORIGINAL rules set up by
Don K when he brought this echo into Fidonet.

In a word, BULLSHIT!  It's been good enough for hundreds of people for
all these years, GET comfortable with it.

That too is a load of crap. NOwhere in that statement of purpose does it
say ANYTHING about stifling innovation or homeinventors.
If that's what you read you've got a peculiar concept of understanding.
(OR misunderstanding as the case may be.)
Now, as I've said before, as politely as possible, if you like this echo
and want to participate in it, FINE.  If you don't, LEAVE.  It's your
choice and welcome to it. But this is the LAST time I'm gonna deal with
it in the echo.  Your SysOp has already HAD netmail concerning this.  I
don't really expect he wants more.
