Hello Curtis:
I have an Alinco DJ5TH and I like it very much.  I have owned this radio
for about a year and a half and have never had any hardware problems with
it.  Mostly user error the first few months.  
The nice thing about Alinco is they make a nice radio and they are really
not the expensive.  Yeasu's are nice, if you got the money.  All of my
radios I own are Alinco.  I would reccomend them to anyone.  
If you want any specifics, I would be happy to fill you in on some, as soon
as I locate my manual.
