           Smoked salmon mousse,
           (separate recipe)
      1    Hard-cooked egg, grated
           Paprika
  Spread cream cheese thinly on bagels. Cover with a thin layer of
  mousse. Sprinkle with egg and paprika. Makes 24 canapes.
