Correct. Remove the countrey code and it's only dangerous to have 000-
inside ¨OZ on an OZ node. Thats why they do not use it. With no country
code however, ¨they can block it easily.
If the IP isnt static, then PVT keyword and -Unpublished- is the best way
to ¨list. There is no difference for ION's in being PVT at all. It's just
a text ¨entry that's needed to prevent problems for others.

Does it DNS resolve to the same IP? If so, then not needed. If they are
¨different, then list both (but only one of them on a flag and the other in
the ¨bbsname field).
