Landon:
IF problem occurs when throttle is mashed, (engine bogs) it's
possibly caused by the vacuum mixture needles sticking. Excuse my
criptic approach, I'm trying to remember 25yrs back. The rochester
quadrijet has 2 vacuum operated needles between the bores, they
get grungy from the pcv dumpping into the intake. If this is the case
1/2 oz. of lacquer thinner usually cures it. After that mash the
throttle often!
