It isn't really a goal to support those, but as long as they compile it
won't be a problem to generate and distribute them too.

No code has changed, that's why I just added the .GPL to the current
version number 1.60, so it should behave exactly them same, including
possible bugs.

I don't have the source for the older versions. So I can't tell what
changed between those versions, so it would probably be difficult to find
and fix. I'll ask Folkert first if he has the source of the older versions,
and then we will see...
