speaking of brakes last fall i went down to sun country cycle on kal lake 
road in vernon and bought myself some 2 doller a peice brake pads and they 
seem to work pretty well and last a good long time instead of being reguler 
brake pads wich cost about 50 cents a peice these ones are made of rubber 
that isn't as rubbery as plain one s and in the centre it has a strip of 
thicker rubber
that has some grit or somthing in it, im not an expert on names of parts so 
i cant really explain but these pads i bought were for the cheap kind of 
brakes that come on cheap bikes like k-mart sells.
