 I've never had a problem with a ZyXEL before, although I've
 had tons with other brands.  The only time I had a problem
 with ZyXEL was when CND didn't work.  They had to add a capacitor
 to the mothrboard.  They up'd the warranty on my modem, gave me
 a new set of ROM's, and the work was done quickly so I had my modem
 back in just a few days.  
 Now, I'm lucky to get anything out of tech support, and the problems
 just grow, and the basic quality of the modems operations on how it
 handles the line, especially with a bit of noise, seems poor.
