In 5.1, if you hold down shift-f7 for more than a second or so, it will take 
the F7 and exit from the print setup screen.
In 6.1 and 5.2, a multiple or held-down shift-F7 is interpreted as multiple 
print full document commands. My wife the pianist discovered this while 
attempting to print out single pages from a 140 page document.
Question: I seem to recall seeing a toggle for autorepeat somewhere in WP, 
but I can't seem to find it now. Does anybody know where it is?
