There are lots of amazing looking cakes, but unfortunately many of them
are to some degree inedible. The best looking ones tend to use a lot of
fondant / marzipan, which many people think taste disgusting. Many cakes
also cheat and have a lot of plastic and polystyrene to make the shape,
and metal / wooden poles to hold them together.
