Yes, if you try to use rc.exe to bind a ressource to an emx-compiled
program, you merely destroy it. You have to compile the RC-file in advance
and give the RES-file to the linker. You _must_not_ call rc.exe to add the
RES-file to the binary! Refer to the emx development tools documentation to
get it explained exactly ("creating OS/2 PM programs").
