your question is not quite specific. _What_ do you do, can you provide a
_simple_ and _short_ example program? Do you use the latest OS/2 port,
namely 5.002_001?

From my help message database 2070 sounds like a DLL could not be found,
and 182 is "wrong type of program for this operating system".
Sounds likely to be defect program binaries.
