Yes I know what you mean about young puppys and birds, I and the Wife
are all ways discussing the fact that we don't understand how people
can pay good money and probably hard earned money for an  animal just
to turn it out to be road kill. Makes me sick...  Sleebee is a used
bird I suppose but the lady who gave her to us was having some problems
and just could not spend the time with her she felt was required to keep
her healthy and happy.  She gave her to us with the understanding that
should it not work out that I would give her back to her not someone
else.  The wife thats Alice to the rest of the world says not over my
dead body....grin...
It was the same with our Dog she came to us when she was 1 and 1/2 years
old she is now 13 so as you can see when we get a pet it's for keeps.
It sounds like KoKo is quite a bird, is it a she or a he the name sound
like a he to me..grin..Well I must get out of here nice talking with you
