Funny, USR have called me twice now.  From the US, of course.  Pity the
time difference meant that they called at around 0100 though...

Oh good.  In that case, ask them why my first call to you this morning
failed to connect (and yes, without even reading any announcements from you
that you've changed modems, I know full well that you're not using the USR
any more).  Check your logs, and tell me why the second call a few seconds
later worked fine, apart from a much slower negotiation phase than normal
(between USRs, I mean).  You're back to 16 State trellis coding now too,
which is not exactly what I'd call a step in the right direction.
