I used to program in GWBasic about 10 to 14 years ago.
I have forgotten a lot of it .
 
I am now using "FirstBasic v1.0" by PowerBasic.
It looks nothing like GWBasic .... I feel
really lost.
 
I hope to work my way up to using "PowerBasic v3.2", since it
use's memory pointers and extended comm support.  When I register
FirstBasic it will come with user guides and stuff.  But... what
I really need is a book that will teach me (all over again)
Advanced Basic. Can any one help me out and give me the name
of a book or two?
 
There were one or two of you that asked what services my BBS
Offer's... Sorry I did'nt get back to you sooner.  The system
offers Fed Jobs data bases, and InterNet Newsgroup's that are

Conference under E.D.S BBS.
 
I hope to write and support 3rd party BBS software, doors and utils
(mostly for the New Tribbs 11.0) using PowerBasic and it's door lib's.
