In REGCON or Z1REGCON?  

I just looked in REGCON and don't see much about the proposed
change...other than a copy of some message you sent to Ward that was posted
by Steve Quarella.
But, it's possible that there were other messages that didn't get.  I'm
sure someone else may have a better archive than I do.

The statement that "the Z1 RCs were in favor of it" begs the
question....Did they vote on it, or was that some one's perception?  It
also begs the question, "Were all Z1 RCs in favor or it?".
